The charger is presented in a Kraft box. Please note that some phone cases may affect wireless charging connections. The wireless charger will work at the optimum power level when used with a 5V/2.4A mains adaptor. Using a PC/laptop USB output to power the wireless charger may lead to slow charging, or not charging at all. Other factors like, positioning on the charging surface and the type of case used may also impact wireless charging.
