Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email info@pod.com.au for approval and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Clearance or sale items

Refund Process
Once returned goods are inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or defective goods.
